NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to: [1] legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; [2] who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry; [3] be a registered user of the Mint App; and [4] must have the three (3) conditions listed in the “To Participate” Section below (the “Entrant” or “You”). Employees of Intuit, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, prize suppliers, Marden-Kane, Inc. and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) (collectively “Releases”) and individuals living in the same household as such employees or an Entrant who has won a prize within two (2) years of having received said prize are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

ENTRY PERIOD: The “Mint $50K Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on July 1, 2021 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on July 31, 2021 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”) which is further divided into four (4) Weekly Entry Periods (each a “Weekly Entry Period”) as defined in the chart below. For purposes of clarity a Weekly Entry Period is a seven (7) day period from Thursday to Wednesday except the last Entry Period which is a ten (10) day period from Thursday to Saturday. The Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

TO PARTICIPATE: To participate an Entrant must have: 1. a web-enabled mobile device. Data rates may apply. Consult with your carrier for fees. 2. the Mint App downloaded onto your web-enabled mobile device. If you do not already have the Mint App on your device, visit the application store for your mobile device and download and install the Mint application (the “App”) for free (other terms and conditions may apply). 3. And have a participating financial institution linked to your Mint App account showing your expenses.

TO ENTER: You will automatically earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each day you log into your Mint App with your username and password.

To enter the Sweepstakes by mail without logging into your Mint App: on a plain 3”x5” piece of paper hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and email address (mandatory), place in a #10 business-size stamped envelope and mail to: Mint $50K Giveaway, P.O. Box 698, Syosset, NY 11791-0698. Your outer mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mail-in entries, including an outer envelope, must be handwritten. Mail entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2021 and received by August 5, 2021. Envelopes containing multiple entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or postage due mail. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No entries may be submitted on behalf of another person.

Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person or email address per day regardless of method of entry. Entries received in excess of the entry limit stated herein will be disqualified.

Weekly Drawings: All entries must be received by date/time on the end dates shown in the chart above and will be included in the Weekly drawing for the Week the entry was received. Entries submitted during a Weekly Period will be eligible for the Weekly Period drawing in which it was submitted as well as the Major Prize Drawing. Entries do not roll over to future Weekly Entry Periods. Major Grand Prize Drawing: All eligible entries submitted during a Weekly Period will give the Entrant one (1) entry into the Major Grand Prize Drawing.

By submitting an entry, Entrant agrees to comply with the Sweepstakes Official Rules. Entries may only be submitted by a single Entrant. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, as determined in Sponsor and/or Administrator’s sole discretion, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator are final and binding. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified.

PRIZES:

Major Prize:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner: $50,000 cash. Retail Value (“RV”): $50,000.

Weekly Prizes:

Twenty (20) First Prize Winners (Five (5) winners per Weekly Entry Period): $1,000 cash. RV: $1,000 each.

Twenty (20) Second Prize Winners (Five (5) winners per Weekly Entry Period): $500 cash. RV: $500 each.

Total Retail Value of all prizes: $80,000.00.

Prizes will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Winners. There is a limit of one (1) Weekly Period prize per person. Weekly Prize Winners are also eligible to win the Grand Prize. No transfers or substitution of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right, where legal, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state, local tax (as applicable) and other tax liabilities (including income and withholding taxes) arising from prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the applicable end date in the Chart. The odds of winning the Major Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in these Official Rules. Decisions of the Sponsor/Administration are final. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: Random Drawings will be conducted on or about the dates specified in the Chart above from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. The drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Marden-Kane, Inc., (the “Administrator”), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to these Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person, household, mailing address within a fourteen (14) month period for ANY promotion Sponsored by Intuit EXCEPT this promotion where an Entrant is eligible to win a Weekly Prize and the Major Grand Prize.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: An Entrant is not deemed a winner of any prize, even if the winning notification should so indicate, unless and until (i) the Entrant’s eligibility has been verified, (ii) all requirements determined by the Sponsor in order to claim his/her prize have been fulfilled and (iii) the Entrant has been notified that the acceptance and verification process is complete. Potential Winners will be notified via email and/or phone on or about two (2) business days after the drawing date. Potential Winners will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and; where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively the “Affidavit”). Potential Grand and First Prize Winners will also be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and furnish his/her social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the Winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law. Completed forms must be returned within five (5) days from prize notification date or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner. The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, request any additional documentation needed to verify a winner. If a prize goes unclaimed after reaching out to three (3) alternate potential Winners that prize will not be awarded. If a potential Winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by Administrator (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); (ii) fails to timely return the required paperwork without alteration and in the form presented by Administrator; (iii) refuses the prize; and/or (iv) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner forfeits all rights to be deemed a Winner in the Promotion and receive the prize, then that potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected through a random drawing by the Administrator from the remaining entries. If the prize is won by an eligible individual who is not of the legal age of majority in the state of residence (“minor”), the required documents must be confirmed and signed by the winner's parent or legal guardian.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Electronically reproduced, mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder from which the entry is made. Releasees are not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human, typographical or printing errors, (ii) technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online enrollment form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, (iii) or for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or misdirected entries for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, or process any transaction thereon, (iv) errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes related materials. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason, in the Sponsor’s opinion, the Sweepstakes is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual (and void his/her entry and/or prevent him/her from future entry), and/or who tampers with the entry process and/or who is acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority), an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.), or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), to modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures at their discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By accepting a prize, winner or, if a minor, their parent or legal guardian consents to the use of his/her name, city/state of residence, photograph, visual and/or audio likeness for advertising or promotional purposes by Sponsor, and its designees, including but not limited to the posting of winner’s name on the Sponsor’s website(s), in a Winners List or other online announcements, without additional compensation, permission or notification except where prohibited by law. Participants, or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians agree to release indemnify and hold harmless Releases from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in these Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. U.S. law governs these Sweepstakes. Notice to online participants: Internet access and usage charges applicable to a participant’s account, including access charges and/or any usage charges applicable under participant’s Internet pricing plan and any applicable taxes will continue to apply while a participant is online in connection with this Sweepstakes, and will be the sole responsibility of such participant. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by any means, which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken using the drawing procedure outlined above.

WHO WON: To request the names of the winners, send an email with the subject line: “Mint $50K Winners” to winnerslist@mkpromosource.com. Requests must be received no later than August 25, 2021. The list will be sent when the drawings have been conducted and the winners verified.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without giving any effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in a court of law in Santa Clara County, California.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
