If you requested to delete your Mint data, but changed your mind, you have 72 hours to cancel your delete request. This is true for data download requests, too.
You can cancel your request by opening the email with the subject line Your request to delete date and selecting Cancel request.
If that doesn’t work, follow these steps to cancel your request:
- Sign in to your Intuit Account
- If you're on the mobile app, go to Overview, then select the profile or settings icon in the top right
- Select your name and email address, then Manage your Intuit Account
- Select Data privacy
- Select Cancel request
- If you don’t see this, it’s likely that the 72-hour window has ended
- Your data request is canceled
