How do I mark an account as inactive?

SOLVEDby TurboTax352Updated almost 2 years ago

If you want an account to stop updating in Mint, you can mark it as inactive. We’ll show your balance as zero and stop importing transactions. You’ll still be able to view its historical data like past transactions.

Select your Mint experience and follow the instructions.

  1. Open the Mint app and select the Settings gear icon
  2. Select Accounts and then tap the account you want
  3. Tap the pencil icon next to the account you’d like to deactivate
  4. Select Status, then Inactive
  5. Select Done
  1. Sign in to mint.com
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select the account you’d like to deactivate
  4. Under Status, select Inactive from the dropdown menu
  5. Select Save

You can also hide an account or delete it.

Go here to change your account from inactive to active.
