Currently, Navy Federal Credit Union accounts won't automatically refresh in Mint. We’re working to fix this issue.
In the meantime, to manually refresh your Navy Federal Credit Union info, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Mint account
- Go to your Navy Federal Credit Union account, either through a notification on the Overview screen or by going to Settings then Accounts
- You’ll be prompted to update your connection with a one-time password. Follow the steps on the screen.
- Once you sign in with your temporary password, your Navy Federal Credit Union info will update in Mint
- Follow these steps every time you want to update your Navy Federal Credit Union account info in Mint
