How do I reauthorize my account and fix error 350?

To reauthorize your account, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mint app and select Profile in the top right corner
  2. Select Accounts
    • Or, if you're signed into Mint web, select Settings from the side menu
  3. Select the account with error 350
  4. Select Edit Login
  5. Enter your sign in information and follow the instructions

If the above steps don't work, you may need to re-add your accounts. Here's how:

  1. Open the Mint app and select Profile in the top right corner
  2. Select Accounts
    • Or, if you're signed into Mint web, select Settings from the side menu
  3. Select the account with error 350 and mark the account inactive
    • You may also want to hide it from budgets and trends
  4. Re-add your account with this financial institution
  5. Your transactions from the past 90 days will be be added back to your Mint account
